Audioscrobbler Last 10 Songs Script

I have written a php script that will read in AudioScrobbler's RDF data and display the last ten tracks on a given page of my website.

Version: 0.0.1 - Now checks to make sure the server is up before trying to download the rdf. This makes it time out quicker and will cause your page to load quicker when the AS server is down.
