Experience:

IBM - Advisory Software Engineer (September 2007 - Present)
      Develop, test, and support two releases of the Lotus Quickr connectors.
      Led the team in developing a custom authentication framework to successfully
      deploy the connectors in customer environments. Provided a foundation for 
      the test automation the connectors.

IBM - Software Engineer (May 2005 - September 2007)
      Designed and implemented syndication technologies for the Lotus brand. 
      Tested the syndication support for the blog component of the Workplace 
      2.6.1 release. Worked with the software services team to provide a RSS 
      based, loosely coupled, synchronization system between disparate systems.
      Designed, implemented, and tested an Atom syndication and Atom Publishing 
      Protocol implementation for the Lotus Quickr 8.0 release. Became the focal
      point for syndication related inquiries in the Lotus Quickr product team.
      Provided development support during the test cycle for the Eclipse based 
      Lotus Quickr Sametime connector. Lead the effort to integrate the Lotus 
      Quickr connector technology into Lotus Notes 8 by designing and developing
      an Eclipse based solution.

MTU Information Technology - System Administration (September 2001 - April 2005)
      Provided hardware and software assistance to customers. Required strong 
      written and oral communication skills.

IBM - Extreme Blue Internship (June - August 2004)
      Designed and implemented an Eclipse client to provide self help to end 
      users. Accelerated and influenced an IBM initiative to increase the 
      internal quality of self help. Provided a framework based on the IBM 
      Workplace Client Technology platform

IBM - Software Engineering Internship (May - August 2003)
      Performed research into ways to modernize and automate the departments 
      current test suite. Wrote tools to simplify the modernization.

IBM - Software Engineering Internship (May - December 2002)
      Re-implemented a program to format IPv4 and IPv6 network trace data.
      Converted the program from a CLI(Command Line Interface) to a program with
      a GUI(Graphical User Interface). Created an overview of the department's 
      test database.
